By downloading or using Glide ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
Glide is a slide-on-ice pathfinding puzzle where you glide across the ice and stop at the goal. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or redistribute the App or its content.
The App offers one optional one-time purchase:
The first three levels are free to play, and the daily puzzle is always free. The "Unlock all levels" purchase permanently unlocks the remaining levels. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Purchases can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID using the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store, not by Alpine Squad. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpine Squad and the developers of Glide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available at this URL.
