Privacy Policy

Ham Radio Exam Prep: HamCram, developed by Sedric Benson · Effective: June 7, 2026

Ham Radio Exam Prep: HamCram ("HamCram", "the App", "we", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains exactly what information the App handles and how.

Summary

HamCram is a paid, offline application that collects no personal data whatsoever. We do not collect, transmit, or share any information with us or any third party. Everything you do in the App stays on your device.

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following on your device only, using Apple's on-device storage. None of it leaves your device:

Information We Do Not Collect

No Network Use for Your Data

HamCram works fully offline. The App makes no network calls to send, sync, or back up your study data. There is no cloud account, no iCloud sync, and no server component associated with the App.

In-App Purchases

HamCram is a one-time paid purchase. The App contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. All features included in the App are available after purchase without any additional payment.

Children's Privacy

HamCram is suitable for users of all ages. Because the App stores everything locally and collects no personal information, no information about any user — including children under 13 — is ever transmitted or retained off-device.

Data Deletion

All App data can be deleted from within the App, or by uninstalling HamCram from your device. Because nothing is stored externally, uninstalling permanently removes all associated data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date above. The current version is always available at this URL.
